Terms & Conditions for Vehicle Challan Settlement

Token & Service Fee
- ₹249 is charged as the vehicle challan token fee and our professional service fee.
Challan Settlement Amount
- The actual challan settlement amount will be separate, and the official receipt will be shared with you.
Refund Policy (Token Not Issued)
- If a token is not issued, you will receive a 100% refund of the paid amount.
Number of Challans per Token
- A maximum of 5 challans can be settled at a time. Selection of challans will be random.
Non-Refundable Token
- Once a token is generated, it cannot be refunded, cancelled, or transferred.
Challan Payment Process
- After token generation, 30% of the challan amount must be deposited.
- The remaining balance will be refunded after deduction of the reduced challan amount as per the Court/Lok Adalat order.
Refund Timeline
- All refund amounts (if applicable) will be processed within 2 weeks from the date of hearing/Lok Adalat.
